Celeste A. Campbell, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist with over 30 years of experience. She specializes in mindset transformation and empowerment, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and the optimization of brain-behavior relationships. Her goal is to help people unlock their potential and live a life of resilience and fulfillment, despite - and because of - their unique life experiences.
Our stress management sessions are designed to teach clients practical skills and strategies to manage stress more effectively. We help clients identify the sources of their stress and develop coping mechanisms to reduce its impact on their daily lives.
Our anxiety treatment sessions are designed to help clients overcome anxiety disorders, such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. We use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients address their symptoms and develop long-term coping skills.
Our depression treatment sessions are designed to help clients overcome depression and improve their mental health and well-being. We use evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help clients address their symptoms and develop long-term coping skills.
Our life transitions sessions help clients navigate major life changes, such as divorce, retirement, or career changes. We provide clients with the support and guidance they need to move through these transitions with confidence and clarity.
Our self-esteem and confidence sessions help clients build a positive self-image and develop greater confidence in themselves and their abilities. We help clients identify negative self-talk and belief patterns and replace them with more positive and empowering ones.
Our mind-body wellness sessions help clients cultivate greater awareness of the mind-body connection and develop practices to support their overall health and well-being. We offer a range of mind-body techniques, such as mindfulness, yoga, and meditation, to help clients reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Dr. Celeste Campbell is a Clinical Psychologist and Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist who has been practicing for over 30 years. She received her undergraduate education at Yale University, holds a doctoral degree from Drexel University, and has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Rehabilitation Neuropsychology at National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC. She is licensed in Georgia and Virginia. Dr. Campbell has a long history of providing neuropsychological evaluation and cognitive rehabilitation for children and adults with various of neurocognitive disorders including traumatic brain injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson's, Alzheimers,and dementia. In addition, she has acquired extensive experience working with veterans and the cognitive changes experienced post-deployment.
Dr. Campbell has served as adjunct faculty for the George Washington University Graduate Certificate Program in Special Education and Traumatic Brain Injury. In addition she has been a frequent presenter and workshop facilitator, addressing psychological, neuropsychological and cognitive issues following brain injury to survivors and their families and friends, rehabilitation and vocational specialists, special education teachers, and case managers. Dr. Campbell currently sits on the Advisory Council and Research Committee for the Ohio Valley Center TBI Model Systems, and has served on the boards of the Northern Virginia Brain Injury Association, the Brain Injury Association of Virginia, and the MidAtlantic Traumatic Brain Injury Consortium. She has appeared on "The Donahue Show," "Taking the 'Dis' out of Disability", and PBS' "Exploring the Brain with Garrick Utley."
When not practicing psychology, Dr. Campbell might be found on the big screen or on the stage of a local community theater. Or she might be on a beach in Hawaii.
I work with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues.
